JAPANESQUE

Hello frens.. its just been like a blink of eye and three weeks of internship is over!! I've been doing mostly translation work in the office the past 10 odd days... but mostly from Japanese to English..and as you all can see, my English is still unnatural haha

This internship is really quite insightful to the lifestyle of salarymen in Japan..n of cos their working environment.. no regrets coming here indeed!

We all had our farewell party today and totally experienced their afterwork life haha..as u all probably noe the Japanese drink like a lot. like everyday and seriously..everyday. haha and they go crazy at karaoke sessions on thursday nights without a care in the world. :P

we're treated a bit like guests here so all the top personnel are super friendly with us and once they get slightly drunk, they do all kinds of crazy act cute things with us.. which makes me feel quite privileged and stuff..

quite sad at the end of internship..really got very well taken care of here..my branch manager (the no. 1 in the company) called me wen-chan n keeps calling me the daughter of the company :) 70% of my lunch is treated and i get praised like mad everyday for every tiny thing i do haha (even though it does get tiring when its obvious they're praising out of politeness.. but as Nobu says, what they say are half truths..so life gets easier..hehe

received like damn a lot of souvenirs from company pple too and had the best time tonight!

we went for sukiyaki, karaoke den pool..reeally v happy to experience salaryman night life haha was v fun hehe

now v late..v sleepy.dun really make sense..so just gonna sleep! pictures are not loading so..nights!
