OMG!

Im turning into such a nerd!! a sociological nerd!! haha
it would be best if i could use the title sociologist but i think i'm not up to scratch haha

let me explain why

1) i've developed a profound admiration for some of my professors

whenever i see two of my most prolific professors around i get a sense of awe and will kinda be reduced to a quivering teenager who doesnt dare to talk to teacher HAHAHA

esp the head of the soci department. he is super intimidating.
haha its the first time i'd have to hand in a term paper to the soci counter office directly becos being the head of the department, he doesnt have a pigeon hole!! haha

okay. i noe it sounds stupid but like i said, im a soci nerd. im in awe. full stop.

2) I get overly excited receiving statistics from Singstat that firmly substantiates our term paper hypothesis.

btw, we paid for the stats too. haha but it was worth it!! haha

3) i've conferred some sociologists semi-celebrity statuses.

for those of you who watch F.R.I.E.N.D.S you'd recall how the rest would coff at Ross when he goes gaga meeting a paleantologist in person and gush about his/her published works.

yes, i've become like that. HHAHAHA actually i daresay many of US have become liddat. we giggle and point when Chua Beng Huat walks past hahahahahaha

4) Upon discovery of a potential ISM topic, I get an adrenaline rush and feel like announcing to the whole world.

LEADING TO ME TYPIN THIS POST NOW! hahaa

I'm thinking of doing an ISM on the Sociology of Homestays!! (prob concentrating on Japanese homestays)
Dun have a concrete hypothesis yet but the more i think about it the more sociology there seems to the topic! except i dunnoe which to concentrate on or extract to its best potential. the topic may actually fail upon further extrapolation but for now, IM EXCITED! HAHAHA

so tell me, am i not a soci nerD? hahaa
