just a quick update on wad im up to now
I'm.... interning at Shiseido
well, it was not supposed to be an internship but is really a temp job coz im paid hourly and let's face it, it doing menial labour of data entry and invoice validation haha
but long story..the marketing temp girl was told she's an intern and i was also introduced as an intern therefore, we decided we're gonna be interns! haha so now i have a Financial/Accounting Internship under my belt! hahaha how ironic me who cant crunch numbers crunching them all day long this month haha
The company's well, 99% female, therefore has all the characteristics of an all-female work environment. first week's impression wasnt great but its much better now :) the best thing about this temp arrangement? yes jx, everyday's a fashion show! the fav company footwear are boots! the higher the better! haha and everyday's casual friday man.. but i would like to think the dresscode's fashionable so i brought on all my maxi dresses, leggings, tunics and other bold combos i would otherwise have avoided
wanted to take a pic of all the outfits i wear to work everyday but well, surprise surprise, lost steam after first 3 days coz was always running late in the morns so no time to take at home in front of full length mirror and camera fon too lousy to take in the company toilet. nevertheless, i have 3 outfits to share! not my most adventurous ones but one of them i really like!
this one i really like! jewelled top my mom bought+vintage long accordion pleated skirt+waist belt+chunky bracelets :)
this one okay only... dress a bit ill fitting esp after i layered the brown top underneath.. but i liked my necklace combi! :)
my old dress i hardly wear nowadays makes a reappearance! super comfy i like haha
the other good thing about this job is the lobang for cheap makeup!! dammit the full time staff there gets $300++ of free Shiseido stuff every 3 month man..but not for me of coz but i did manage to get the dibs for the private ettusais sale and prob getting my colleagues to get me stuff on their staff discount but we'll still have to see how it goes for that coz apparently its a really tedious process :(
this is just a quick post on what im up to nowadays..hopefull more outfits to share on my next post but only have abt 2 weeks left at work so dunnoe how enthusiastic i'll be haha
gg to work on my new bootyloot logo now..in desperate need of a graphics designer now man! my www.thebootyloot.com is troubled over site layout but i still hope to get it out early Jan!! many exciting plans for bootyloot coming up will share another time :)
